The B&B Blooms Floral Guide
Plan, palette, and budget your floral story.
Our planning companion: seasonal palettes, a working budget framework, DIY guidance, and design principles. Once your flowers arrive, follow the dedicated Floral Care Guide we send with every order.

01 · Planning
Start with the story, not the stems.
Every floral plan we build begins with three questions: what does the day feel like, where is it happening, and how do you want to remember it? From there we design your palette, choose blooms in season, and shape a budget that protects the moments that matter most.

02 · Seasons & Palettes
Design around what's at its peak.
The most beautiful, cost-effective floral plans use blooms that are in season for your date. Here's our quick reference for what we love designing with throughout the year.

05 · Arranging
Build shape, then beauty.
The same approach we use in our own studio — works whether you're styling bud vases or building bouquets at home.
- Start with greenery to build shape, then place focal flowers, fillers, and airy accents in that order.
- Use negative space — not every gap needs to be filled.
- Vary heights so the design feels dimensional, not flat.
- Turn the arrangement 360° as you build to check every angle.
- When it feels busy, remove the weakest stem and lower one focal — editing elevates modern design.
